HISTORY
CONTROLMATICA ZAP-PNEFAL Sp. z o.o., Ostrow Wlkp., Poland was established in result of fusion of part of ZAP S.A. in Ostrow Wlkp. and the part of MERA-PNEFAL S.A. in Warsaw.
Both companies have been well-known as industrial automation equipment producers and suppliers of services in the field of technological process automation, on both Polish and international markets.
Now the 100% Company's shareholder is APLISENS S.A., listed on WSE (Warsaw Stock Exchange).
QUALITY SYSTEM
CONTROLMATICA possesses to Quality Certificate which was published by EURONIS Certification. The certificate confirms that CONTROLMATICA uses the Quality System conforming with EN ISO 9001:2008. Thanks to this system CONTROLMATICA's works is still improve.
